The service
Praxis Video Notes ("the board") is provided by Paracode ("we"). It is a personal study board for videos you find on YouTube. It is an independent product: it is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. The board embeds YouTube's player and your use of that player is also subject to YouTube's terms.
Plans
The board is free to use with a limited number of folders and tags. New users get a 14-day trial of the full feature set. Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the limits for good: no subscription and no renewal. The current price is shown on the board and on this site; we may change it for new purchases at any time. Pro is tied to the Google account you sign in with and covers that person on any number of their own devices.
Payment and refunds
Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which charges you, issues the invoice and handles VAT or sales tax where it applies. Your card details go to Paddle only.
14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, by replying to your Paddle receipt or emailing hello@paracode.ai. Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
After 14 days, refunds are given when the board has stopped working and we have not restored it within 30 days of your report, or when we discontinue the product (see section 7).
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for activity under it. One purchase covers one person on any number of their own devices.
Your data
Your folders, tags, notes and links are yours. We only process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export everything at any time from the board.
Acceptable use
Do not try to circumvent the free-plan limits or purchase checks, resell the board, or use it in a way that breaks YouTube's terms. The board stores links and your own notes; do not use it to store content you have no right to keep.
Availability and changes
The board depends on YouTube's embed and metadata services, which Google can change at any time. We work to keep up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the product, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the board and refund, on request, any Pro purchase made in the 90 days before that notice. Your board stays in your browser and can be exported at any time.
Warranty and liability
The board is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
